Shipping Policy
When we ship
We ship every day. Orders placed before 1pm Mountain Time go out the same day, and anything later goes out the next day. You will get a second email with a tracking number once the parcel leaves us.
Delivery within the United States
Standard shipping is free and takes 3 to 5 business days once it ships. Orders over $80 upgrade to free USPS Priority, 2 to 4 business days. Priority is $10 on smaller orders if you would rather have it sooner.
We ship from Albuquerque, New Mexico, so the Mountain West and Southwest usually land at the fast end of those ranges and the East Coast at the slower end. Alaska, Hawaii and offshore addresses run longer. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees.
Tracking
Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to show their first scan, so an empty tracking page right after the shipping email is normal.
If it is running late
Write to us at help@petessences.com with your order number if tracking has not moved in 5 business days, or if the parcel is more than 3 business days past its expected window. We will chase it with USPS.
Outside the United States
Canada is $18 and most other countries are $25, calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are charged by your own country when the parcel arrives. We cannot collect or refund those, so they are yours to cover.
